Arguments: body &optional keys errorp
This function takes a foreign type specification (in the
body argument) and converts it to an internal
representation. It is not normally necessary to call this function
since most foreign type functions pre-internalize the foreign type
specifications which they accept. errorp defaults
to t. If nil,
nil is returned but no error is signaled if
body specified an invalid type. keys is a list of
attributes and defaults to nil. See def-foreign-type where
acceptable attributes are listed.
